What if the AI gets something wrong?
We set clear triage and escalation rules. Anything outside scope goes to a human — your team or our Matamata backup, depending on the agreement.
Is this only for big cities?
Nationwide NZ. We’re prioritising Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, and Tauranga first — then the rest of the country. Waikato businesses near Matamata can also add Offer A.
How long to go live?
Most setups are live within 1–2 weeks after discovery. Complex multi-location setups may take longer; we’ll say so upfront.
What’s the monthly fee for?
Hosting, monitoring, updates, and access to human backup. Cancel terms discussed on the fit check — we don’t do fake urgency.
Do you store our data overseas?
We’ll walk you through architecture and data handling on the call so you’re comfortable before anything goes live.
